The refund of your last deposit up to a maximum amount of $500 will be issued by us if your funds were seized by any operator listed on BTCGOSU. It’s necessary that you inform us of any dispute immediately and that you give us a minimum of 30 days so we can liaise with the operator before issuing any refund.

We will need adequate proof of deposit and each person can only make a maximum of three claims within 12 months.

All refunds will be issued in BTC (Bitcoin) and we require a signed message proving ownership of the respective address.
