Vegas Ball Bonanza Live Game Review

GOSU GAME REVIEW

Bingo is unquestionably one of the simpler live casino game shows you can find and play online. Virtually no experience is required to have a crack at the game, and that makes Vegas Ball Bonanza the ideal Pragmatic Play live casino option for beginners. Of course, there are still a few things you need to know before tackling this title.

On this page, we’ll walk through the basics of betting on Vegas Ball Bonanza. We’ll explain how it works, what type of live casino game it is, and discuss how you can win playing this Pragmatic Play game. Let’s begin with its theme and design.

Theme and Design

Vegas Ball Bonanza is a bingo game, so it won’t surprise you to see that you have a host of bingo cards to choose from, located below the live video stream. Moreover, your betting options are also found there, alongside the most recent calls and your available prizes. However, this is not an ordinary live bingo game – there are added perks to playing.

Alongside the host, you’ll find the bingo machine, from which the balls will be drawn. There is also a series of balls and numbers on the wall behind the live dealer. This will determine which numbers or balls receive multipliers and what values those multipliers will have. Lastly, there are separate features on the left and right sides of the wall. On the left, you’ll find a wild symbol, which, when active, can make things easier to win. On the right of the wall is a wheel, and this can be spun to dish out extra balls if the Wild Bonus is in play. Don’t worry if this all sounds confusing; we’ll explain it in more detail next.

Specs and Gameplay

Vegas Ball Bonanza features a classic bingo machine based on thirty-ball bingo. This means that there are thirty balls (numbered one to thirty) that can be drawn from the machine. There are also two bonus balls – namely the Star Bonus and Wild Bonus. A total of nine balls are drawn during the main game, and you’ll need to match those numbers with those on your 3×3 card. You’ll win prizes for competing lines or a full house (the entire card).

Up to five of the balls in the machine may be turned into “Lucky Numbers”. These will feature multipliers. If the Wild Bonus appears, an additional one to four balls may be drawn. The Star Ball can activate all the multipliers on the cards if it is drawn. The idea is to win lines or a full house by checking off those numbers (which is done automatically) to win prizes.

How to Bet and Win

To begin with, you’ll have twelve seconds to decide how many cards you want to play with and the stakes for those cards. Cards can feature different stakes if you wish. Bets start at 0.10 a card and can rise to 200.00 a card. Up to nine Vegas Ball Bonanza cards can be played, giving you ample opportunities to win. Each card will feature numbers 1-10 in the first column, 11-20 in the second, and 21 to 30 in the third column. Balls correspond to those columns with colors, too, with the first, second, and third columns having green, white, and yellow bingo balls.

Once your bets have been wagered, the wall behind the host will be used to determine the Lucky Numbers. Up to five numbers will be drawn. Multipliers ranging from 2x to 50x will then be applied to them. Note that any columns that have a “star” on them aren’t yet active. To get those active, you’ll need to hope that the Star Ball is drawn.

The draw then begins. If a Wild Ball is drawn, then the wheel to the right of the host will spin. It will determine whether an additional one to four balls will be added to the draw. Obviously, the higher the figure, the better. It is worth noting that multipliers can be multiplied together. For instance, if you have two multipliers on a single card, they will be added together. The Star Ball will also ensure that the multiplier is active for all line combos on that card.

To land any sort of win, you’ll need to complete a line of three numbers (horizontally or vertically) on a card. This will result in a 1:1 prize. However, the prize can rise substantially to 5:1, 20:1 and 60:1 for completing two, three, or four lines. Make it a full house (cover your entire card) to win 250:1. In theory, the top multiplier in the game is 20,000x, with wins capped at an impressive 500,000.00. That’s substantially more than you’ll get playing bingo in most other games – even in real brick-and-mortar bingo halls. We found that the RTP rate of 95.97% is about right, given what type of game this is.

Bonus Features

Vegas Ball Bonanza doesn’t have bonus features. You could argue that its Wild Ball and Star Ball options constitute bonus options since they don’t appear in run-of-the-mill bingo games anywhere else. However, they are part and parcel of this game. You won’t have to wager extra to trigger them, and they don’t form a separate round. In effect, they aren’t proper bonus features as we understand them.

GOSU Verdict

Don’t expect to turn over your cash regularly here. Vegas Ball Bonanza is a bingo game, meaning that everything about it is down to luck. However, this has its perks – for instance, you can expect to play with virtually no prior knowledge of how online casino games work. Moreover, like many Pragmatic Play live casino games, this one is crypto-friendly, so betting with cryptocurrencies is also a sure thing.

There are a few live casino bingo games out there, but Vegas Ball Bonanza is one of the more generous and less volatile releases. We’re not entirely sure why it gets the name that it does (there’s nothing Vegas about it), but in terms of gameplay, availability, and entertainment, it has much to offer.
