Home Run X Game Review
Intro
We have covered many of KA Gaming’s releases here on BTCGOSU. And we have reviewed more than a few of this Asian-centric company’s Crash-style games. You may have read our analysis on KA Gaming titles like Bear Run and Puffer Swimming. If you have, here we have another gaming product from this brand that is super similar to those, boasting the KA Gaming straightforward interface for this sort of gameplay.
Home Run X is simple online gambling, which is more of a limbo pick that became available at Internet casinos around the globe in July 2023 and is on hand in a vast range of sites in many jurisdictions. At the time of writing, it was pulling respectable numbers in Korea, the Czech Republic, China, and Australia, where it ranked best. At first sight, it did not appear much different from the other elementary KA Gaming releases we have already reviewed, and further analysis confirmed this. But we still decided to enrich our Bitcoin crash game library with our opinion of this product. So, here it is.
How Does Home Run X Work
Home Run X is what KA Gaming calls a one-click game, and it does not get listed under the crash category on its website, along with Fly to Universe, Monster Go Shopping, and Rocket Race. It and Puffer Swimming get classified as Arcade titles there. The difference between the first set of cited games and the latter ones is that the second group does not let you predict the crash. They tell you if you have won or lost. But, even Fly to the Universe, which KA Gaming calls a crash choice, features more of a dice vibe, as it has no cash-out button, not letting you sense when the impending round crash will occur.
Here, in Home Run X, you make a bet, hit play, and the game produces a round multiplier at random. If it is above x1,01, you win a reward, your stake multiplied by the multiplier generated by the bat striking the ball. Note that, in every round, a machine throws a ball at a bat, which will hit or miss it. If the bat does not manage to make contact, the round is a losing one. The same goes for Foul Balls and Outs. However, know that not every strike is a winning one, as some can go in the wrong direction, labeled as inadequate hits or outs, giving you an x0.00 value.
How to Play Home Run X
The bet sizes in Home Run X move from $1 to $100. There are fifteen of them in total, and you can only automate the number of rounds you want this game to run on its own. Nothing else is available on the auto-play front in Home Run X, nor do you get any other extra features here.
Where Can You Play Home Run X
We know that SpinFever carries this KA Gaming release, and SkyCrown Casino should also have it.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Acceptable max win.
Cons
- No autoplay.
- No extra features.
- Extremely rudimentary.
Graphics Quality
This limbo/crash-style title looks and plays like its KA Gaming siblings. The gaming entertainment here takes place from inside a baseball stadium, which you conclude by seeing a blurred background of some stadium stands. In front of these is a machine throwing out baseballs at a bat that wiggles vertically, waiting to strike the cartoony spinning ball that comes its way. When it does, the ball can move in any direction, and a voice yells, Foul Ball, Strike, Out, Save, or Home Run. There is no music here, and just a couple of audio effects, basic ones at that.
User Experience
As mentioned, the interface in Home Run X is the same as Puffer Swimming’s one. You have the bet, play, and max wager buttons in the bottom screen section, in its middle, flanked by the win and total bet info on the left and your site balance on the right. In the top right corner, you can access various game options, and on the rest of the screen, you will see the baseball action play out.
Tension & Anticipation Value
The tension in Home Run X is only determined by how much you bet and your winning expectations. The game does nothing to boost the anticipation value when you gamble via its gameplay, aside from the inherent one this activity brings.
RTP & Variability
No variance setting has been listed for Home Run X. But the RTP of this release has been made clear, and it is 96%.
Min/Max Multipliers
The losing round value this game produces is x0.00, which happens more often than you would think. You must get a multiplier above x1.01 to win anything in Home Run X, and the maximum value you can expect this title to generate in any round is one of x200.
House Edge
If the RTP of Home Run X is 96%, that would make the house edge here 4%, above what we usually see from games such as this one.
Winning Strategies
You can not do anything that will affect your winning chances in Home Run X. So, just set your stake, click play, and hope for the best.
Summary – Is Home Run X Worth It?
No. There is nothing attractive about Home Run X. We are unsure why some sites have this title grouped in the crash category, as it lacks many features associated with that genre. In truth, we had to think hard about what to add in the pros section, and our advice would be to explore our Bitcoin crash games review page and find yourself a more appealing game than this one. That is valid even if you are into super-simple gaming.
FAQ
Can You Play Home Run X for Free?
Yes. Here is a link for a demo play version of this game from KA Gaming’s official site - https://games.kaga88.com/?g=HomeRunX&p=demo&u=727353798&t=123&ak=accessKey&cr=USD&loc=en. You should be able to play this title at SpinFever with no real coins wagered, but you first must create an account on that platform.
Can You Watch Home Run X Live?
We are highly doubtful that you will be able to find a Home Run X stream, but given that we are not ruling this out entirely, you are more than free to browse Kick in search of one from time to time. Although, we would not hold our breath.
What Is the Most You Can Win at Home Run X?
If the max multiplier in Home Run X is x200, and the top bet stands at $100, that would make this game’s maximum win $20,000.
