We really did not want to review another Pragmatic Play slot, but given that we like sumo culture, we wanted to give this one a look and tell you if it is worth gambling your hard-earned coins on its reels. We mentioned that we like sumo and our admiration for this wrestling sport stems from our childhood days watching sumo on Eurosport. The touched-upon weight mechanic in Sumo Supreme Megaways is such that it lists a weight on every symbol in this game. Only the scatter and wild are exempt. Each spin here has a random target weight assigned, and under each reel, a box displays the total weight of all its symbols. If this figure meets or exceeds the spin’s target, the box opens a prize. That can be a cash award up to 500x, a multiplier of up to a max value of x5, or an expanding wild that fills all the reel’s positions. It turned out that Sumo Supreme Megaways was not as different as we originally thought. We had hoped it would offer a more unique and varied gaming experience, but we are sure that what is here is enough for most sumo fans and casual online gamblers.
