Theme & Design

As mentioned above, this is a fruit spinner that seeks to bring hints of nostalgia through the use of classical Vegas slot symbols. For some reason, Endorphina has chosen to use a natural landscape as the backdrop to this game. The background visuals here are unique-looking illustrations that are vibrant in color and utilize various shapes to create cool flat-type graphics. Note that the backdrop in Fresh Crush changes in the free spins round, where you get teleported to view a mountainous terrain at dusk, which, in our opinion, is a more eye-pleasing sight.

The game symbols are more defined regarding their illustrative style, boasting a more polished feel and appearing on a semi-transparent grid. The soundtrack here is super low-key, and it has an electronic vibe. While the music is repetitive, we think it works well with the motif. However, we do not like that it gives the sound effects center stage in the audio department.

The game employs a 6×5 grid, where you form groups of eight or more matching symbols to claim a prize or get at least four diamonds on the same spin. The fruit tokens pay x2 to x15 for batches of twelve or more, while the bells and stars produce wins of x25 and x50, respectively. The diamonds are unique because landing four on the same reel rotations yields a prize of x3. Hitting five produces one of x5, and getting six in view supplies a reward of x100. Diamonds are also scatters, and they activate a bonus round with multipliers.

Bonus Features

When four or more diamonds materialize on the 6×5 symbol layout, Fresh Crush will award you with ten free spins where multipliers up to x100 may land. When they hit, they sit in place, inactive, until a cascade concludes, and then they get summed up and applied. Getting three in view in this extra mode gives five more on-the-house spins. Know that firecrackers can also appear on any reel here, and when they do, they blast off any tokens in a horizontal and vertical line, but not the bonus ones and the multipliers.

Fresh Crush has a gamble feature that boasts an RTP of 84%. It is a risk game where you pick a card from four ones dealt face down. And if you beat the dealer’s one, your prize gets doubled. If you win, you can gamble again, up to ten times. Be aware that the Joker is the highest card available, and the dealer can never get one. Also, draws here result with a new round. If you opt to activate the Bonus Pop option, you cannot play the risk game, but you will get a ten-free-spins package with an RTP of 95.79% in play.

There is not much to say about Fresh Crush. It is a fairly ordinary game with some cool twists. It does not bring anything we have not seen or something that feels super novel, but it kinda works. As far as fruit-theme reel-spinning titles go, this is one of the more dynamic ones on the market. It is not overly complex for newbies. Yet, its gameplay is immersive and varied enough to keep you playing. It does not list a maximum exposure setting. So, we can’t tell you what is the top prize you can expect to snag in this Endorphina product.
